Hello Alfredo,

You can edit it with Photoshop. You need to have Photoshop CS4 or higher. I am not sure if the lower versions of this software can handle these files. You may try it if it happens to know you don't have CS4 or higher.

Before you do that, here's what I recommend you to do;

  1. First you need to Open your PDF file to your Acrobat Reader (I recommend you to use Acrobat Professionals).
  2. Go to File>Save as > Microsoft Word > Word Document.
  3. Wait until the process of Converting PDF to Microsoft is done.
  4. You should now have Microsoft Word version of that PDF.
  5. Open that Doc to word and locate your target Image and remember what page it is.
  6. Now close Word.

Go to your Photoshop CS4 or higher. Here's what you need to do;

  1. Open Photoshop.
  2. Go to File > Open.
  3. Navigate to your PDF File and click Open.
  4. Adobe Photoshop is smart enough to detect that it's PDF. You will be prompted with a dial log box that says "Import PDF".
  5. Select the radial button that says "Image". You should be presented with images on it's respective pages.
  6. Select the Image you want to Edit and click Okay.
  7. You can edit the Image now.
  8. Once edited save it to your desktop as JPEG.
  9. Close your Photoshop Software.

Now Open back your doc and Navigate to he page. Delete the current Image and Import your edited Image to that Page. (You should have a basic knowledge on how to import image for you to do this correctly).

You can now export this doc file back to PDF file if you want to. Heres what you need to do;

  1. Open your Document file from your Office Software.
  2. Choose File > Save As.
  3. Select Save as Type as .PDF file.
  4. Click Save.
  5. That's it!

Review the tutorial if your having trouble with it.

Happy Editing and Converting.
