There is AutoCad version for iPhone but it works on iPad as well. It has all features as ordinary desktop AutoCad it is only redesigned to fit on smaller screens. You can easily open DWG, DWF, and DXF files and do your work as good as on desktop AutoCad. I posted link where you can download your copy.
