I am using Mozilla Firefox as my default browser because I like it very much. Now, I would like to ask how I can block all the floating ads in major sites. It’s kind of annoying for me. Did I miss something in the settings of Firefox or should I use software to disable the ads? Please help me how to block floating ads in Firefox.

Hi,

Floating ads are usually very annoying. If your familiar with firefox's extension, you can add an application called Adblock Plus. Try adding Adblock Plus to your browser. It will make you're browsing fast by blocking floating ads the host offers. For annoyance free surfing get Adblock Plus here:

It will automatically add the application to your browser. Enjoy surfing.

Hope this helps.

Hello there,

Well if you're looking ahead to block all the floating ads and flash contents, then not all the softwares will help you block each and every ad, but AdMuncher can help you block them all. My experience says you better download AdMuncher and this will help you block all the ads that appear in your browser, block unwanted popups, it will also speedup page loading and save your bandwidth and the program is less than 1 MB in size. Below is the link to download it-

Give it a try, this will definitely resolve your problem.
