Dropbox does not pose a greater risk than other methods of data transfer. As a freelance security consulting firm, I often use Dropbox to transfer encrypted files to my clients.
As for a company who uses ISA, all data should be encrypted at rest. These include company laptops, servers, etc. Then make sure that the employees should be educated about storing and transferring data in a secure manner. Blocking Dropbox is not the solution, these may force the employees to use less secure methods of data transfer.
