The procedure is fairly easy; I’ll show you how to do backup your files using the Filezilla FTP client.
1. First Download and Install Filezilla in your PC
The first thing you will need to do is download Filezilla, Here is the downloading page for FTP client:

2. Secondly, Use Filezilla to establish a connection to your hosting account
After you have downloaded and installed Filezilla FTP Client, use the quick connect feature to connect to your FTP account. To do so, you will need the following settings:
Host:Â Enter your domain name or IP address of the domain
Username:Â Enter your Control Panel username.
Password:Â Enter your Control Panel password.
Port:Â default port number is 21 (Blank port also works)
Then click on Quick connect and go to the desired folder and download the files to your local Computer.
