How to add pictures to QuickBooks pictures inventory?

• You will need to ensure that you have pictures of the items you want to sell in a folder on the POS computer or POS Server computer.
• After that you will click on the items tab in POS, and then choose an item that you want to add a picture to by double clicking it.
• Next you will go to the info tab, and then look for picture options, and click on it.
• After that go to Default view under Item Pictures and then click on the + sign.
• Go to the folder that has the picture of the item and then click on the picture of the item to select it.
• After that click OPEN.
• The picture will be transferred to the default View, and then you will click on Save.
• After that, when you ring up the item, it will have the picture in the New Sales Receipt window, beside the item.
