For enabling affected registry just follow my path:

When its course:

a. For administrator was disable for some restriction.

b. Virus reason.

How can you solve it?

You have to use gpedit.msc to enable the affected registry.

Steps:

a. Press windows key + r or go to run the option

b. Type gpedit.ms

c. Choose Administrative Templates and click on it.

d. Go to the System and locate the Prevent access to registry editing tools and click on it and press enter or double click.

e. Choose the enable from the option button then click on apply.

It does will make a police to prevent access to the registry editing tools. You do not need to do anything your computer will make the policy automatically

f. Next, click on Apply then select the disabled from option button then click on apply then click on OK.

Now question is why you disable it?

Because when you made it disable it the policy come into default and the computer do it automatically configured.

Thank You.
