How to activate the GPS on Samsung Galaxy Ace:
I myself own Galaxy Ace and enabling GPS is very easy.
If you have a Samsung Galaxy Ace and you want to activate or enable the GPS, here’s how to do it. On your phone, tap menu then navigate to “Settings”, “Location and security” then select either “Use wireless networks” or “Use GPS satellites”. When the box is checked, the GPS is now active. And that’s it.
When you select “Use wireless networks”, your location will be determined by Wi-Fi connection or mobile network. This means your location will be identified using your mobile phone service provider. If you select “Use GPS satellites”, your location will be identified using the GPS satellite. This option is more accurate than the first option because it uses the satellite and it can identify the location up to street level.
