After my computer wakes up from being suspended, I noticed the bluetooth is hard blocked : I can`t turn it ON again.

Hello Lauriella, There are some easy ways to solve your problem. First follow the steps:
When turn ON your notebook you have to login in BIOS and make it Default BIOS Setting. Then Save it and Exit it. After starting just turn on your Bluetooth.
