If your system is running Windows XP, do this:

1. Go to start

2. Click on run

3. In the box that comes up type in "Regedit" then click on enter

4. A message will prompt, click or next or accept

5. Now you are on the registry files

If your system is windows 7 or later

1. Go to start and type regedit in the box

2. Click on the line that appears on the top

3. Click next or accept in the message prompt

4. Now you are in

Remember to back up first the registry files before making any changes. Difficult issues can come if the registry is not handled well
