Hello Lilliesheaa, The LG Cloud can be downloaded to a LG Smart TV (NetCast 2.0 and higher 3.0 recommended), LG cellphone(Android 2.2 and higher 2.3 and higher recommended), and a PC(windows XP, windows 7 32bits only). To download to your cellphone you would go to Android market of LG Smart World https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.lgcloud.nscreen
Download Cloud for LG Smart TV from its LG Smart World or the LG Apps TV.
Download Cloud for PC from :Â
