Today, I was trying to install the HockeyAssistant software product and faced an error:
HockeyAssistant V1.70.1240 Trail Installer Information
Error 1310. Error writing to file:
C:WindowsSysWOW64dzactx.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory.
I am also attaching the screenshot of this error, please examine it and suggests me about the remedy.

This is a typical problem when you don't have the proper permission to the Files and Folders which you are accessing or when Windows Installer has a problem.
First of all, you need to make sure that you have the necessary permissions to install that software. If not then you can right click on the software and select "Run as Administrator".
If the error still appears then you need to do a few steps.
You have to un-register and then re-register the Windows Installer by doing the following steps;
Click on the Start > Run
Type msiexec/unreg and hit Enter.
Again on the Run type, msiexec/regserver and hit Enter
Exit the Run and the Restart computer.
I am sure that now Error 1310 will disappear, and you will be able to install the software.
