I want to block websites, how can i block websites on my computer so that only I and some specific people can access it. Help me.
We will change the entry of those websites (which we want to block) on the host file with a wrong IP address. The browser will find this entry and will try loading it from the IP address which we have changed, so it will not load. But, there is one catch, we have to have administrative privilege to do so.
Go to windows->System32->drivers->etc, and then find hosts, then type IP address and change the IP addresses. (To 127.0.0.1 or anything you want) But make sure to copy the original ones somewhere else. Restart the device, and no browser will be able to access them.
And to negate it, you just have to copy the original ones at the same place.
