Hi there,
Today I bought a new DJ Console and after I installed it, installed the drivers and all that was required. When I open the main shortcut this error appeared on my desktop. I went with Console to one of my friends and I installed it on his PC and if worked just fine. I came back to my PC and reinstalled the Windows XP (x86) and still this error. Can anyone help me to fix this error? Why I have this error on my PC and it works just fine on my friend PC?

If you are installing the 2014 edition of Hercules DJ Console Series, you shouldn’t have a problem installing it on Microsoft Windows XP. The Hercules DJ Console Series 2014 has full support for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1. Normally, if you have a previous version, you should uninstall it first before installing the new one.
To do it properly, if you have an older version of Hercules DJ Console, click Start, Control Panel, and then Add or Remove Programs. Find and select Hercules DJ Console and click Remove next to it. Restart your computer. After that, run the installer for Hercules DJ Console Series 2014 and then follow the instructions.
If you want to download the installer again, click Hercules DJ Console Series 2014. In case you still encounter a problem, try downloading the Hercules Karaoke Console Sound Card Driver.
