I bought this monitor few days ago. I recently have a problem. It is kind a strange. Other parts showing gradient color but I can still see objects and some parts are semi-tone like or black and white? What could be causing this problem? Is it my monitor or my video card? How can I fix this? Please provide me step-by-step resolution for this. Please don’t provide me answer to just bring this to retailer. There must be other way to resolve my problem. Thank you!

It is advisable to follow these strategies to solve your issue by yourself,

  1. First of all, scan the computer to detect any viral attack for causing the issue.
  2. If there are extra monitor adapters and cords available, try connecting them.
  3. Check whether the GPU is free from dust and the fans are functioning properly.
  4. Then go to Advanced settings & reduce the refresh rate to 70-75 and increase the resolution to the maximum level possible. Now, restart the computer.

If all these steps fail to solve the problem, a full or partial replace of some parts might be needed.
