Help, remote access not working after upgrade.

Why is my TeamViewer remote access control software not working after upgrade? I recently upgrade my TeamViewer remote access software to version 10 from version 9.0.32494, but to my surprise, the remote access software stop from working. I have checked the network and it seem to be okay. How can I fix this problem?

Hello Taylor B Campos,

                                            Check the firewall settings if there is any problem is occur on both the client and server. There  no   change in the setting of firewall on the both side(client side, server side). Make sure the remote access connection weather the permission is accurate or not,match all the conditions and rules which are used in remote accessing.If there is problem occur after software upgrade then make sure weather the software which you are using is compatible to the hardware or not.
