I need some samples of spreadsheet to record daily activities. I don’t know from where to start. I am on a project and there are three guys which are working under me. I want to make a daily activity sheet of their work.

Go to website and download some templates and work on it for your exercise. If you some basic on Spreadsheet then you can easily understand what to do. I recommend you to use an easy and effective spreadsheet software called MS-Excel.
In this software you can do different formatting and apply different conditions to be executed automatically.
You can use other spreadsheet softwares as well.
