I have downloaded an entire folder of 500 MB of Sims 3 Packs.

It has an invalid package file, what do I do with it?

And also you can’t multi-select.

Must you do it 1 by 1 or is this an oversight?

Not to worry Brian. All you have to do is to check if any antivirus program interfering your game installation or not. In addition to this you need to perform a clean start up to check whether background programs are causing trouble for your game. This link will be greatly helpful for doing a clean startup.
