I am struggling to add a new keyboard into my Kindle Touch. I am stuck with compiling the files necessary to install kindle touch keyboard map input. I tried creating a new directory in /usr/share/keyboard/ then I copied the renamed files and there appear a new keyboard settings. But when I tried to select it, my Kindle has restarted. So there must be something wrong with the way I installed the keyboard.

itKeyboard 6.0

itKeyboard is an on-screen keyboard application. The program works with any Windows application and it enables the user to enter every character available via standard keyboard. itKeyboard can be successfully used in devices with touch-sensible input, such as information kiosks. It may also enable people with disabilities to use a computer.
