I’m quite confused about the “correct size settings” you are saying for the Acer Launch Manager. My sister has an Acer laptop and is also using the Acer Launch Manager. It is an Acer Aspire 5738 laptop with an Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T6600 2.2 GHz 800 MHz FSB processor. It has a built-in Bluetooth® 2.1+EDR device. I am the one maintaining her laptop since she first acquired it and I can share some important facts about it, since you are also using the same brand of computer.

Since I am the one maintaining the computer, I experience different program behaviors when I upgraded its operating system from Service Pack 2 to Service Pack 3 of Windows XP. There is really no problem using Acer Launch Manager on either of the said Service Packs.

But I think Acer Launch Manager is really compatible with Windows XP Service Pack 2. Using this Service Pack, the program displays a graphic bar in the middle of the screen whenever you press the + or – volume control buttons from the keyboard.

But when I upgraded the operating system to Service Pack 3, that volume bar that usually appears on the screen whenever the volume is increased or decreased from the keyboard was gone although the application installs successfully.

I managed to restore the volume bar when I switched back to Service Pack 2 the next time I formatted the laptop. If you are also using Windows XP with Service Pack 3, you may try downgrading it to Service Pack 2 to test if it’ll work the same way as I did.

About the acer launch manager correct size setting. There is a correct size for that and that is the default one. When the launcher was already executed the default size was the one that is actually launched on your computer screen. Check the acer launch manager settings if you can see any possible adjustment of the launcher manager you can adjust it.

But if there are no adjustments for the specific setting you desire just leave and use the default one. Also try to drag the end tip of the frame of the launch manager, there is a possibility that it will be adjusted. Just hold it and drag the tip of the border of the acer launch manager. I hope this will help you.
