Help me get into my Filezilla account.

• Are you pertaining to the FileZilla FTP??
• If you are, then unlike what Zerolucky said above, that is not like an email account that you can request a new username and / or password.
• The username and password to the FileZilla FTP is provided by your web host.
• You have to log in to the web hosting account and get the details from there. Once you have gotten the username, password and all the other details needed for FTP connection, use FileZilla’s Site Manager to store those information in. This will be helpful for you in case you forget the username and password again. It also has more detailed information you can provide that “Quickconnect” doesn’t have.
• If for some reason you cannot also log in to the web hosting account then that is where you may request your username and / or password if they have that option. If not, then you may have to call the customer service of the web hosting company to get those details.

• Go to the FileZilla forum log in page or click the link above.
• Click Login
• Click “I forgot my password”
• Enter your Username and Email address
• And look for the email from FileZilla.

If you’ve forgotten your username also, try to look for the e-mail that FileZilla forums sent to you when you registered the first time. Check your username and password in that email and try to log in again. It’s possible that an administrator of the FileZilla forum board has deactivated or deleted your account. In addition, may forum boards remove users who have not posted for a long time as maintenance and to lessen the size of the database. If this is what has happened, just register again and try to be more active in the discussions.
