The question is really vague. It’s very unclear if you are playing it on a computer or on your Smartphone. If you are playing the Android game “Angry Birds” on the computer using an Android emulator, I think the problem is not with your present screen resolution but with the emulator. You should check if you have enough resources for the emulator. Like the one I found which requires 1 GB of RAM. If your computer is running on lesser RAM then I think you really won’t be able to run it and play Android games.

One example of an Android emulator is BlueStacks Android Emulator which is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Mac OS X. You can download it from BlueStacks. The file you’ll be downloading is an online installer so you still need to be connected to the internet while installing it. If you are using Windows XP, the emulator will only work on Service Pack 3 so better upgrade to this one. You also need to download Microsoft Developer Tool .NET 3.5. And it also requires 1 GB of RAM.

The installation will also require you to install Adobe AIR to be able to run some apps from the platform. The Android installation of Adobe Air is different from the usual Adobe AIR on desktop.

I have also learned many tips which were not known to me previously. To Sharath, your comments and suggestions are very helpful in fixing my problems. In your solutions you have mentioned about Blue Stacks which was awesome and touched my mind too for its nice service. Thanks guys for providing me such a bear in mind information as well as now I am free from that kind of problem which I was facing before.
