I need to resolve this error. I have Xentry installed on my PC.

It works fine for the first couple of minute but after that it displays following error.

How to solve this issue.

Error: (3.828)- 3.88

The Xentry version that you have installed on your system could be having compatibility issues and that is why it is malfunctioning when you are using it. You will need to do the following to resolve the issue:

  • First, you will need to check the system specifications of your computer. Check whether the OS that you have supports 32 bit applications or 64 bit applications.
  • After you are verified that, you will need to check if Xentry meets those specifications. If it does not, you will need to download another setup application of it that is supported by the OS that you have and then reinstall it.
