I am having troubles with Gmail not receiving emails from my work. I tried checking trash, spams, etc. but I cannot locate them anywhere. What may be the reason?
The foremost place to confirm is your Workplace. Make sure that the email is sent to your account. After that search on All Mail for messages that has gone missing and also the Mail function. Go to the Filters and Settings and to Forwarding to see if there is anything defined. Ask the senders if they get any rejected messages returned. Check the Google Account Settings on your phone or other devices which you are using. As a last resort, call Google customer service.
