I am not being able to use my Transaction Pro. I get an error just after I enter my login key. Please tell me how can I access to the software. And any idea about, what is causing this problem?

Hello Garrick,

What you are getting is an Internal Server Error is a server-side error, and that means that the issue is not with your computer or Internet connection but instead it has to do with the web site's server. To fix it, you can use the following resolutions:

  • Try reloading the web page by clicking the refresh button or by pressing F5 and see if the issue will be resolved.
  • Try accessing the website. That error message is one of the most common HTTP error messages that are seen when checking out during an online purchase so sales may be  disrupted.
  • Otherwise you will need to contact the webmaster. It is more likely that the website administrators already know about that issue, but in case you think they do not you can always try to contact the website directly.
