I get confused with your question. It should be “how we remove it?”, right?

There are some ways for you to remove avast toolbar.

By using avast! Uninstall Utility: you download avast! Uninstall Utility to your computer (aswclear.exe). Then, restart your machine in safe mode. Double click on the file you downloaded to run and follow steps after that to continue un-installation

By using Control Panel: Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Then, choose avast software and follow the steps of the avast wizard to continue un-installation

By using the Uninstaller software (like Your Unistaller, Revo Unistaller): open your Uninstaller program > choose avast toolbar on the list of programs > click on the Uninstall button
