I've been hearing a lot about Nexus 7 and of course Microsoft's tablet coming out. What about Acer I understand they are also making a windows8 tablet. What are the feature on the new acer tablet that is coming out.

I heard about ACER ICONIA TAB A100. It will be release on August 11. It is designed with 3G, Bluetooth 2.1, WLAN, HD playback, built-in microphone, rear-facing camera, video recording, and webcam. Its battery can last up to 10 hours. Android OS 3.2 commonly known as Honeycomb. Acer includes several interfaces such as eReading, Game Zone, Multimedia, Social and other apps that fit to those tech-savvy users.
Yes, Acer already unveiled the Windows 8 tablets and one of it is the 10.1 inch Iconia W510 convertible tablet with full High Definition touch screen. It has three modes that include the following: A. Standard Tablet style B. You can dock it with the detachable keyboard C. You can rotate 295 degrees on presentation mode. And because it has keyboard docked, the battery can stay up to 18-hours. The price will run from $599-$799. It has a SIM card slot, a micro SD, micro USB and HDMI ports.
The other one is the Iconia W700 Ivy Bridge tablet. It is a 11.6-inch touch screen display that comes with a cradle but no keyboard attachment, but you can be able to add one with the help of a USB. It has 3 USB 3.0 ports, micro HDMI, Thunderbolt and a Dolby Home Theater for better sound quality. But the price and the date for launching this are not yet available.
