When your screen freezes or your computer hangs during a startup process there are a lot of possibilities why this could be happening. It could be some issues with hardware problems or some programs that may have been installed that are not compatible with your computer system. To find which of these are causing the issues, we need to know on which part of the startup the issue occurred. Was it upon turning the computer on or while your operating system is loading? Was there any error message before the screen froze? All of these are important for us to be able to diagnose the issue further. I would suggest that you go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12415/windows-10-recovery-optionsif you have another way of going online in order to see the right steps that you need to try to have this matter resolve.
