Hallmark Card Studio 2012 error 130.5

Greetings. I encountered an error when I tried to install the Hallmark Card studio 2012 software. I just bought it today and can’t get started due to this problem. First I installed Exclusive Hallmark Fonts and it remained there for a while, then this error showed up:

"error 130.5 error reading from file C:program file (x86)greeting homeHallmark card Studio 2012 Deluxegraphics_kids stuff.aex. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

 I am totally confused how to proceed and install the software so that I can use my new Hallmark Card Studio.

In hallmark Car Stuidio, an error 130.5 error signifies that there is a difficulty issue reading from the disc.  What we are typically advice is to try to clean the disc, by doing so, you can barely use water an a lint free cloth and wash spread it all over the disc. I strictly recommend that do not use any cleansing detergent because this may damage the surface of the disc that can lead of malfunction. After that, dry the disc before you’re going to insert it again. However, if the problem error persists, then you must replace your current disc with a new one.  Please submit a trouble ticket to Technical Support in order to study the problem and may be replace you a disc for you.
