I am unable to read Korean websites, One of my friends told that i386 Korean pack download XP SP3 will help. Please guide me to find the free download link towards that.

Insert you XP CD in your CD-rom, then go to Control Panel, open Regional and Language options, go to Language tab and check Install files for East Asian language and then click OK.
It will locate files on your Windows XP CD and install them. If you don't have Windows XP CD then install these:
