Hello expert, I have installed Solidworks 2011 cad software on my PC. I did not know to save files as smaller on that software. Please can you guide me to Solidworks save smaller files on 2011 version?

Solid works 2011
 
Its main feature is to provide user to create drawing directly in 3D or solid form.
 
User can assemble it directly for checking clashed and functionality. Drawing creation is pretty easy.
