The Grim Reaper Data Storage Interrupt

I am using Version 4 of AmigaOS. Every time I copy a file to my USB this error always pops up.

I searched the internet about this error message, and I found that this error message was an error handler called

The Grim Reaper.

The error displays what error but not the solution, so of course I need to look for solutions but no luck.

Is there someone who knows how to fix this one?

Hello Kenneth Royce,

Have you checked the USB device that you are trying to copy the files to and ensured that there is no right protection that has been set on it? If not then I will advise that you do that because the USB drive may be right protected, and when it is that you can neither copy files from it or to it.

Also try choosing the Kill option in the error message by clicking on it, so as to kill that process so that you will not receive it next time, and then check if the files will be successfully moved to the USB device.

Hope this helps.
