Hi,

I would like to ask if a graphics card can be used with vista and can it fit in a PCI-E x 16 slot or supports pixel shader 2.0? Any useful suggestions?

Yes, your graphics card can be used with Windows Vista and can fit in a PCI-E x16 slot. As far as the pixel shader is concerned, I don't know anything about your graphics card, so please do the following steps:

You can go to https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri and see if your computer can run Sims 3. It will tell you all the things you need to play it (because that is the game I'm assuming you want to play). You can look under Video Card, and you will find out what pixel shader version you have.
