Hello Johan.

Your question is a bit vague.  As I understand it, you want to replace your single graphics card with two cards.  Why would you want to replace your single card with two cards in SLI or Crossfire configuration?  Most people usually go from SLI or Crossfire to a single card solution once they find a graphics card that can beat the SLI/Crossfire configuration in terms of performance.  SLI or Crossfire uses twice the power which is why gamers only resort to it when they need the performance boost but cannot find a card that can fill their requirements.

Do you want more powerful graphics capability for games?  Are you satisfied with your current card's performance but need to add additional monitors?

Anyways, to answer your question, you have to:

1.  Check if your motherboard supports the SLI or Crossfire configuration.  Multiple PCIe slots on your motherboard is usually a tell-tale sign that it can do SLI or Crossfire.  Refer to your user's manual to be sure.

2.  Check that you power supply can support SLI or Crossfire.  500W is the minimum and it has to have two 6-pin PCIe power connectors.

3.  Purchase your graphics card.  Get one that is identical to your current card to ensure compatibility.

Hope this helps!
