Grand theft Auto 4 (game)/Windows 7 Home Basic

GTA4 is a Graphics game which requires upto 1GB Graphics Card and upto 4GB RAM, now when I start the game to play it, sometimes the game's display is itself revolving which creates the situation that I am unable to play the game and if I use any vehicle of the game then it starts moving automatically without giving accerlation to vehicle and vehicle goes to damage condition without being actually damaged. So tell me what to do to avoid this condition ??
