Is GPS Navigation free for 9300 model of Blackberry Curve? I just got a Blackberry Curve 9300 and would be mostly using the navigation application but I am not sure if it would require usage of my data plan. Is navigation free for 9300?

I would recommend that you get an unlimited data plan because using the gps navigation in your phone has high data usage. If you can't afford to get an unlimited data plan, check if there's a 2gb data plan in your phone's carrier. I think that should be enough for you to use every month if you will just use the data for gps navigation.
