Got an error while logging in to PC using fingerprint identity

I was using fingerprint identity software for my laptop as added security whenever I log in.

However, I suddenly received this error message when I tried to log in with it (see screenshot of the error message).

DPAgent.exe – System Error

The program can’t start because intl.dll is missing from your computer.

Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I tried reinstalling the software as suggested by the error message but I was still getting the same error message.

I tried searching for solutions in the internet but couldn’t find an exact solution.

Please help me get rid of the error.

Basically, the Intl.dll errors are as a result of circumstances that can cause the removal or corruption of the Int dllfile. Sometimes, Int dll file errors can be as a result of a registry issue with your computer, a virus attack, or also a malware issue. Other times, it can be as a result of a hardware failure.

This error can be fixed by first rebooting your computer, and start it in safe mode to try and recover the file from the recycle bin, or also conducting a thorough virus scan to check for viruses or malware programs.

You can also try and re-install the program that makes use of the Intdll file, update your drivers, and also try to repair your Windows program.

You need to check that the device or component you want to use is effective and is fully functional and that's the reason that you are getting this error. If your program uses some hardware then you first need to check that hardware make it effective. See that if some drivers are required for this device then you first need to install these drivers. Go to control panel and then click on add new hardware this will search any hardware that is not installed on your computer and then you will be able to install your hardware. Once your hardware is installed then you will be able to install the program. Also see other system requirements if any and you will be able to solve your problem.
