I got this error “Change directory password failed: error code (0x7b000b)" when I tried changing my password in Novel Zen Works 6.5. Any ideas how I fix this?

Hi Richard,
It is possible that your account is locked or disabled, or as strange as it may sound, perhaps your account has been deleted. Â If you are the administrator, try logging in with another account that has administrative privileges to check.
Also, did you try logging in from another computer or at a different time of day. Â It is possible that the computer you are logging into doesn't have the right to login at all, or possibly doesn't have the right to log in during the time of day.
If you are positive your account is still in good standing, I would try logging in from another workstation first.
