Hello, My friend uses astaro secure client android. He got problem after reset the TCP/IP stack. Now he can’t connect to the internet. He gets an error message when he boot up his PC. Please help me to resolve this problem. Thanks.

How many devices are connected to his network? If any, can the other devices connect to the internet? What error message pops up after booting up his computer? The information at hand is quite limited, please explain it further so we can assist you properly. Make sure all Ethernet cables are plugged in, if he has a modem and router perform a power cycle.
