I have been using Google TV Logitech to run Netflix for some time before it failed today. Whenever I try to access Netflix, I would always get this error message:" Sorry. We are unable to connect you to Netflix. Please try again or visit https://help.netflix.com/en/node/461 for guidance" An instruction I have tried to folloew but won't help me fix the issue. Is there anyone who can assist me assess Netflix on my Google TV? I'll appreciate any kind of help
Google TV Won’t Load Netflix
Try the following
Step 1: Ensure that other Netflix Activated Devices are working (if you have any).
Step 2: Clear Netflix Application Cache and Data. Navigate to Google TV home screen or press ‘Home’ key> ‘All Apps’ > ‘Settings’> ‘Application’ > ‘Manage Application’> use directional key in Netflix (also type ‘N’ to jump alphabetically)> Force Stop> Clear Data> Clear cache. Restart the application and try to login once it is rebooted.
Try to reset the system to factory settings which will ultimately clear all the data and accounts
Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Privacy & Safety' > 'Factory Data Reset' > 'Reset Device' > Confirm that you want to erase all data.
System will restart and you will go through configuring the basic settings . Don’t restore from any backup
