Hi,

I am running Mac OS X 10.4 and my Google Software Update prompted me to install an update when I click to install this update I got the following error message. I have tried many times but remained unsuccessful. Suggest me what to do?

Hello Susan R Jackson,

Make sure your Mac OS is up to date. If it is in a beta stage, then that should be a problem. As well, you could try to reinstall your Google Software, whatever you are using, because during the failed installation its components may be convicted.

Also, check if Google Software's new update has any bugs, because that may be a problem too.
