I have Asus Nexus 7 tablet which I am using to play Mp3 files via Google play Music which keeps on crashing, I have a good collection of Music in the cloud and when I click on the next button, Google plays music just crashes, what could be the problem? How do I get this working?
First of all, reboot your phone.
If that doesn’t fix, follow these steps:
1. Go to Menu key >> Settings >> Manage apps >> go to “All” tab >> Google Play >> clear all data and cache.
2. Again, from the “All” tab, go to Download Manager >> clear all data and cache.
3. Reboot your phone.
4. Open Google Play Store and wait for 5 minutes.
5. Exit Google Play and let it update all by itself.
Your problem should have solved.
If no luck, there is no other way than contacting Google.
