Google Earth suddenly stopped on working. I was Trying to install it and then it hangs and then I forced close it. When I opened it again, there is an error that appears on my screen. I already checked if the installation went successfully by checking if it's already on my Desktop or Control Panel, but it's not. I want to know how I can fix it and what are the troubleshooting steps that I should do to resolve this? I will really appreciate any help.

Follow the steps to solve your problem….

1.   Go to control panel->Administrative tool->Add Remove Program (If you are using XP) or else Go to control panel->Programs and Features (If using windows 7 or later).

2.   Check for the Google Earth application there. If it was installed correctly an entry should appear. If the entry is found then first uninstall the same.

3.   Go to program files and search for any folders related to Google Earth, delete them manually, if step-2 fails.

Restart your computer and use Google Earth link to download and run the installer again. Alternatively try using the direct download link: – Direct Download Link

4.   Reboot your system once installed.

It is important for the installer to complete verify installation process successfully in order to use the software. You may Download and run the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility at Softpedia.com.
