Google drive a cloud-based storage service is now integrated to its cloud-based operating system. If I'm offline, is there other option that I can access the Google drive?

Hello there.

Regarding about your question. You can't do editing when you're offline when you're using computer, instead, you can only view them. If you want to access them offline, you may configure your settings for offline access and use Google Chrome extensions to enable you to edit. It's a bit tricky to think but it can work your way out. When you set up offline access to Google Drive, you may need an internet connection to do so. Install Google chrome and from a new browser, go to drive.google.com and click the gear drop down and select Set up Docs offline and when the dialog appears, click Allow Offline Docs. Click Install from Chrome Web next to the dialog box. To go back, click the Google Docs icon.

Hope it helped.

Thanks.
