I just bought a Mac PC so I am still new to it. I just upgraded my Operating System to OS X Lion. I just wonder why but when I used Google Chrome and I scroll towards the left, it teleports me to the previous page I was in. As what I have said, I am a new Mac user so I have no idea what this is all about. Please help me or send me suggestions on how to stop this from sending me back to the previous page. I cannot go on to what I am surfing. Please help!

You will need to try the following workaround to remedy the issues that you are having with the tabs in the Google chrome browser:

  • You will need to open Google chrome.
  • And then you will need to choose Wrench.
  • Followed by Bookmark manager.
  • And then you will need to click on organize.
  • And then choose the Import bookmarks option.

The problem may be caused by accidentally dragging the tabs to open in a new window, and therefore you will just need to watch how you use tabs in the browser and avoid dragging them to open in a new window.
