Glossary Entry Page Cannot Be Accessed (server not found)

I created a new glossary but when I am trying to save it, an error message appeared on my screen. I have never experienced this kind of issue even if I am trying to use Question Bank. This error also directs me to the home page of my browsers stating about the three possibilities which I don’t think are related to this issue. Do you have any idea on how to resolve this issue? I can’t think of any resolution on this issue anymore and it bothers me a lot because I cannot access the Glossary Entry page anymore.

Error:

Firefox cant't find the server at view.php
Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I think the php file where you created the glossary points to a different server name or domain name or maybe the file is trying to access a non-existent server address. This problem happens when the link you specified inside the php file has a mistyped character or the whole link contains typographical errors which can really completely disables a link from going to the right direction or from loading the right page.

To fix this problem on your php file, you should check again every link that you provided on the file if they are all correct and doesn’t have any added characters to it.
