While Google you will find a lot of forums but the chances of getting the right solution depends on where you post your problems. The forums are formed for solving specific kinds of problem. We have different forums for OS related problems and hardware related problems. So classifying the category of the problem and posting them on relevant forums is the best way to get your answers.
