I know that AVA find is almost the best for input manual database of number or words, but its quite expensive. any substitution ava find similar ?

There are similar software available that work the same way as AVA find. They are readily available online for free downloads and depending on your work load it would be easy for you to identify the one that best suits your needs. I can suggest a couple of them;
