I would  like to ask what kind of ghost program you were trying to install, what is its purpose if i may ask. There are a lot of programs with similar names and I  would also like to know the source of your ghost program. Well this is just to know if the program you are trying to install is the same desired program you'd like to install and use.
Regarding  the error, this is very sarcastic in a way and is clearly a joke of some kind. So to prevent such problems, always be sure that the program you are trying to install is legitimate and licensed. If ever you downloaded this program, please check for comments so that you'll know if it's worthless or not.
This also prevents you from downloading very dangerous programs like viruses.
Most likely, that message used to pop up on some other viruses. And you did not explain enough what kind of Ghost you are installing. If it’s a Norton Ghost you are installing on your computer, that kind of spoofing message won’t pop out. Do a full-system-scan with your Antivirus. But I doubt it if your Antivirus will work after the message appeared.
That is a 100% virus. That only means the Antivirus running in your computer does not recognize the behavior of this type of virus. Probably, your Antivirus doesn’t use Heuristic technique in real-time monitoring. Replace your Antivirus. Try other software rather than continuing to use the one installed on your computer.
