Hi TechyV buddies!

I am having some problem with my new computer. I used to open images in my old computer without having any problem. The model of my old computer was hp6000 and I am using universal packet driver. The new model of my computer came in which is hp6200 and I am now using ghost 11.5 with dhcp server. Can anyone help what went wrong with my new computer?  Here is the photo of my computer having boot problem:

Hallo Caspian,

Are you having problems opening images in a particular format or just all the images that you have on your computer? Try the following workaround and see if it will help you:

  • Check the format that the files that are bringing problems have been saved in.
  • Try saving the format to another one. For instance, if the images are in JPEG format you can try saving them using the PNG format.
  • Try opening the files after that and see if they will open without a problem.

If the default images editing programs on your computer bring the issue you can try getting a third party application and see if it will help open the images successfully.
